What types of services do you offer?We offer a variety of veterinary services, including wellness exams, vaccinations, minor illnesses, and end-of-life care, all in the comfort of your home. How do I schedule an appointment?To schedule an appointment, you can call or text us directly at 720-257-9790 or use our online booking system on our website. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time, as our mobile service can fill up quickly.

What areas do you serve?We proudly serve Arvada, Blackhawk, Boulder, Clear Creek Canyon, Coal Creek Canyon, Eldorado Springs, Golden, Golden Gate Canyon, Nederland, Pinecliffe, Rollinsville, and Central City. Need service outside of these areas? We’re happy to travel beyond our range for a small additional fee.

What should I expect during a mobile vet visit?During a mobile vet visit, our veterinarian and technician will arrive at your location with all the necessary supplies and care items to provide compassionate, professional treatment in the comfort of your home. We will set up in a comfortable, quiet space in your home for your pet to receive care. The process is designed to be as stress-free as possible for both you and your pet. What payment methods do you accept?We accept cash, major credit cards, and digital payments such as Zelle. Payment is required at the time of service. Unfortunately, we do not offer payment plans at this time.

Can you treat emergency cases?While we provide a wide range of services, we are not equipped to handle life-threatening emergencies. If your pet is experiencing an emergency, we recommend visiting your nearest emergency veterinary clinic for immediate care.

Do you provide services for exotic pets or livestock?Our mobile service currently focuses on dogs and cats. While we may be able to accommodate small pets like rabbits upon request, our primary focus is on canine and feline care at this time. We do not provide services for livestock or large animals. However, our offerings may expand in the future, so feel free to reach out if you have a different pet—we’re happy to discuss whether we can assist.

How do you handle pets that are nervous or aggressive?We understand that some pets may feel anxious or nervous during a visit. Our team is trained to handle pets with various temperaments, and we use gentle, stress-free techniques to keep them calm. In some cases, we may recommend sedation or other calming options, which will be discussed with you beforehand.

What is your cancellation policy?We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee, as it impacts our schedule and ability to serve other clients.
